Description
Victorian Neoclassical gilt sterling silver cachepot. Made by Dobson & Sons in London in 1899. Round with solid well; open sides with beaded egg-and-dart and guilloche rims; applied ribboned swags with pendant male profiles. Reeded bracket supports with pendant flowers and bead terminals. Detachable ruby glass liner. Fully marked. Very good condition with nice toning.
