FRENCH 18TH CENTURY LARGE OVAL EARTHENWARE SERVING DISH WITH A SHAPED EDGE
Decorated in yellow ochre/orange on a white ground depicting a long legged bird resting on a branch in the centre, and acanthus leaves and butterflies around the edge with a fine linear border.
The plate is in good condition, there is an indentation in the central part of the top which happened during the orginal firing in the kiln.
