Description
A Georg Jensen silver tea and coffee service No. 787. This coffee/tea service was designed in 1933 by Johan Rohde. This four-piece service consists of the following individual pieces: a teapot, coffee pot, covered sugar bowl and creamer. Each piece bears impressed company marks for Georg Jensen post 1945, Sterling, Denmark, JR, 787.
This handsome set, each piece hand-hammered and of ovoid or flattened spherical form. The teapot and coffee pot have carved ebony handles.
