Edwardian sterling silver figural bowl. Made by Durgin (part of Gorham) in Concord, ca 1920. A swan with downy plumed wings and finely-feathered scaly neck. Closed bill and direct stare. Hollow gilt-washed body for holding treats. A stately solo bird to grace your next dinner party. Fully marked including Gorham and Durgin stamps and no. 33. Very good condition.
