    This bronze bowl was designed by Gustav Gurschner an Austrian artist associated with the Vienna Secession and Hagenbund. This bowl with handle is an excellent example of the functional objects that Gurschner became known for. The bowl is decorated with flowing etchings. It was made in Austria during the early 20th century. The side of the bowl is signed Gurschner. The bottom is marked 126G.
