Pair of German Rococo decanters, ca 1900. Each: Glass bottle with chamfered rectilinear bowl and cylindrical neck. Applied pictorial silver depicting olden days men and women tending their gardens. Sweet and tender with allegorical possibilities. Stopper has cast figural finial of boy with raised cup. Glass is clear with acid-etched leafing scrollwork. Hanau maker’s marks (Storck & Sinsheimer). Good condition. Silver losses.
