Large Blue And White Imari Charger On Later Stand, Japanese Circa 1860

Description
Large blue and white Imari charger on later wood stand. The interior displays a radiating pinwheel pattern in cobalt blue with white circular medallions containing stylized motifs distributed across six swirling segments. The reverse shows grape leaf motifs in underglaze blue on a white ground, arranged around the rim with connecting vine elements. Japanese export porcelain, circa 1860.
