Minton Majolica jug/pitcher which features oak leaves and acorns to the sides and a snail to the handle. Bark effect ground. Colouration: brown, green, yellow, are predominant. The piece bears maker's marks for the Minton pottery. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1862.
