Description
On offer for your consideration we have a beautiful German Jugendstil Art Nouveau 8 pieces 4 setting fish service. This very unusual and rare set was made in German around 1900 by Orivit AG-Köln Braunsfled which was bought in 1905 by Metallwerenfabrik "WMF".
This has to be one of the best Art Nouveau fish service around, the fish being the handle and the blade and fork prongs being the tail.
All 8 pieces are signed with the Orivit stamp and #5779 and #5780 -
