This magnificent five-piece garniture set was crafted by experts from the Austrian firm of Schwarz & Steiner. The set comprises a large jardinière with six light branches, a pair of vase-form candelabra and a pair of bowls. The large size of the set is unusual making it a very desirable addition to one’s collection.

Designed in the Rococo style, the silver is cast in various depictions of flowing acanthus leaves as well as C and S scrolls synonymous with the 18th century style. Glass is formed in elegant and bulbous forms, wonderfully fitting in the silver frames. The shimmer of the silver and the clearness of the glass beautifully match creating a refined adornment for one’s dining table.

The silver pieces in this garniture are hallmarked and include the maker’s mark.

Celebrating the romantic imagery of the Rococo period, this exceptional glass and silver garniture would be a fantastic addition to a luxurious dinner party.
