Victorian Classical sterling silver bowl. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca 1895. Curved and ovoid; rests on 4 leaf-mounted scroll supports. Wavy mouth rim with raised ends; cast scallop shells and scrolls with pendant flowers. Chased flowers and scrolls on sides. Gilt-washed interior. Fully marked including maker’s stamp and pattern no. 12436 (first produced in 1895). Very good condition.
