LATE 17TH CENTURY AUBUSSON VERDURE TAPESTRY FRAGMENT
With a line of trees in the centre of the tapestry surrounded by further woodland, plants and flowers in the foreground.
A small building sits behind the trees and another in the distance.
The tapestry is a fragment and has had some patching, visible in the photographs.
With a later single border in dark brown.
Woven in wool. France, late 17th century.
The tapestry is backed with linen and ready to hang.
