This sculptural sink is carved from a single block of solid walnut, shaped entirely by hand to reveal the quiet drama of its grain and form. Its bowl flows inward with natural curvature, while the squared rim retains the subtle irregularities of the original log. The result is both organic and architectural, blending raw material with refined intent.

The surface inside the basin is finely sanded and sealed, enhancing the warm tones and rich patterns of the wood. Visible cracks and growth rings remain intact, preserved as part of the piece’s living history. A brushed brass drain sits at the center, offering a minimal yet elegant contrast.

Crafted without templates or machines, this piece was hollowed using traditional carving tools, then finished with care and precision. The wood is protected with marine-grade coatings that resist moisture, making the sink fully functional and built for daily use.
