Description
Hubbell (or Czechoslavakian, Bohemian, or Italian) glass was used in Navajo and Pueblo jewelry in lieu of turquoise when quality turquoise was difficult to acquire. Vintage works such as this occasionally have Hubbell glass. It is fairly rare and desirable.
