Description
A California plein air painting of the “Dome Des Invalides”, signed in the lower right. A good number of California artists sought training with Frances, great Impressionists. Froelich studied with William Keith and Arthur Mathews in the United States. When in Paris, Froelich studied with Theodore Steinlen, Richard Miller and Academie Castelluccio.
