Description
Limited edition of 8 + 2 A.P. numbered and signed
Made of inflated steel — a technique characterized by unpredictable results — this piece takes the shape of a cushion. The process involves inflating sheet metal against a piece of stone, transforming it into a three-dimensional shape which echoes the shape of the stone. This method changes both the appearence and the structural properties of the metal. The result challenges our preconceptions about materials and their properties. Poetic and playful, this is an artwork with impact. -
