Jose A Cunha Portuguese Palissy Majolica wall plate which features a snake attacking a lizard. Insects around the outside of the plate include a grub, a worm, a butterfly and a beetle. Colouration: green, grey, brown, are predominant. The piece bears maker's marks for the Jose A Cunha pottery.
