Description
- Oil on canvas, framed
- Deborah Kriger, born 1953, received her BFA from the Maryland Institute of Art. Inspired by light, texture, pattern, and color, she often paints en plein air in upstate New York and in France. Her work has been represented by New York City’s M55 Gallery, as well as galleries in Baltimore and abroad. A retired teacher, she continues to paint, primarily in oil, in Delaware County.
- We are pleased to debut a collection of 3 paintings completed by Kriger in the 1980's. Rendered in her signature lush, painterly approach, they evoke the fleeting beauty of everyday moments, particularly the interaction of the indoor and outdoor worlds. -
