Description
Large wall sculpture by Artist Ron Aloni. Sculpture composed of painted wire mesh.
Ron Aloni:
Born in Tel Aviv 1950. he lives and works in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Visual artist Ron Aloni earned a BFA from the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg, Germany and an MFA from the Slade School of Fine Arts in London. It is from metal rods that Ron Aloni sculpts organic forms reminiscent of the marine or astral universe. The artist creates woven forms that are both airy and whose presence reflects a «poetic brutal» force. He regularly works in partnership with architects and decorators. His sculptures have colors linked to the very nature of the metallic material. They are wall mounted, suspended or simply placed on the ground. These works have been exhibited at the Herzliya Museum of Contemporary Art, the Haifa Museum, the Holon Design Museum and are part of private international collections. -
