Image 8.5 x 7. In a period arts and crafts frame. With rose hues and featuring a sailboat in fog. Signed lower right. Oscar Anderson was one of the founders of the Cape Ann School. He was a past president of Gloucester Society Of Artists. He died in 1953. Had resided in Gloucester Mass since 1908.
