Pair Black Forest Carved Wood Deer Heads
-
Description
This is wonderful pair of early to mid-19th century carved deer heads that have been completed with actual roe buck deer antlers. The carvings show a deep patina with wear to one ear. We are dating the pair to the mid-19th century but they could be early 19th c. These deer would make great unique additions to a ski lodge or cabin or an elegant mountain retreat.
