A pair of French wooden wall brackets from the 19th century, with carved cherubs. Born in France during the 19th century, this pair of wall brackets attracts our attention with its carved cherub figures each supporting a shelf. Their eyes semi-closed in a humble attitude, their lovely faces are framed by their large wings. With their skillful carving and nice proportions, this 19th century pair of carved wooden brackets will bring a graceful touch to any home, perhaps hung above a credenza, on each side of an arcade or above a console table.
