Description
A stunning photograph taken by Sam Nizam, 2015. "Surreal Encounters on the Oregon Coast," is a photograph taken in the morning at Canon Beach's Haystack Rock. With its dramatic low-tide, reflecting blue sky and families milling about, it's a photo where time almost stands still and a surreal romanticized landscape presents itself.
This image was in the top 50 photographs in National Geographic's 2015 Photo of the Year contest, and has been tweeted and shared by National Geographic across multiple platforms.
This beach or sea photograph really is indicative of what Pacific Northwest beaches look like; whether it's Ruby beach, Seaside, or La Push, the PNW is a landscape that is truly one of the most beautiful places in the world.
This piece has been signed, framed, matted and is dated 2015 number 4/10. Photograph measures 20" x 30". -
