This is a rare large Murano glass charger bowl (or decorative plate) from the Barovier & Toso glassworks, dating to the Mid-Century period (likely 1950s-1960s) Finding this size is very rare.
It features the characteristic "Graffito" technique, which involves a thick layer of clear glass cased over pink/amethyst opaque glass and profusely decorated with shimmering 24-karatA 1950s Graffito Murano glass charger bowl in pink and 24-karat gold, made by Barovier. Unsigned.
