Offered for sale is an exceptional monumentally oversized 1987 Dwayne Maxwell abstract painting. This imposing work has great textures formed by built up paint that create geometric patterns and movement.
Dwayne Maxwell now lives in Sparrow Bush, New York, very close to the Hudson River, after many years of being an artist and showing his work at Exhibit 208 which was founded in 1999 by three Albuquerque, New Mexico artists: Dwayne Maxwell, Russell Hamilton and Kim Arthunin. Maxwell received an MFA from Texas A&M in Commerce, and his art is in the collections of the Museum of New Mexico and the Geometric MADI Museum in Dallas.
