Leaning against a ladder in a traditional pin-up pose, Kiki Kogelnik’s portrayal of a woman is reminiscent of her other work.

With a snake across her torso and bust, the zig-zag, undulating patterns of the snake, the womans dress and hair, and the background all work in tandem to create a sense of movement in the work.
