This print depicts a series of oval Presidential Portraits with their relevant dates; George Washington, John Adams, James Madison, Martin Van Buren, John Tyler, James K. Polk, Wm. H. Harrison, Andrew Jackson, James Monroe and Thomas Jefferson.
Also depicted are the state seals for all 26 of the then current states. Two figures in the lower margins depict Justice, lower left and Liberty, lower right -
