Description
This intricately carved marriage bed depicting two lovers carved into the footboard features an optional matching canopy. A queen width mattress could sit on top of the rails but it would need to be a custom order as the rails are not long enough for a queen mattress. Its provenance is Buenos Aires, Argentina and reflects the stylistic push towards Beaux-Arts traditions of the late 19th century.
