Beautiful And Rare French Art Deco Four panel screen Hand created in the 1930's Signed C. Valdez. The screen features intricately painted reliefs on both sides. The facing side has a lacquered burnished copper relief depicting a garden with flowers, foliage, winged horses, birds and butterflies in the foreground and mountains on the horizon. The reverse side has a lacquered beige relief depicting a Spanish Galleon in full sail on the high seas with stylized clouds, waves and seagulls above and an intricately rendered
underwater scene of coral, seaweed, fish, seahorses and an anchor.
