Description
A English Regency style four post bed having four custom height posts each fashioned as a 4 part cluster of faux bamboo turnings, the posts capped by turned finials and raised on octagonal plinths joined by side and foot rails having applied faux bamboo turned moldings; the headboard with a double perimeter of applied faux bamboo moldings surrounding a paneled area (which can be upholstered as required); Shown with a pale yellow toned faux bamboo paint finish with knuckles and knots accented with antiqued gold metal leaf highlights; the design originally made for Albert Hadley and inspired by a pair of antique Regency period posts in our collection of similar design.
