Description
Large Modernist armoire by Andre Sornay (1902-2000) featuring a pair of sliding doors with three full height cylinder shaped brass handles, decorated throughout with Sornay patented miniature brass nailheads. Left section interior with original hanger rod and one shelf; right section with five adjustable shelves. African ribbon mahogany. Lyon, France, ca. 1935. Stamped.
