Fine George II Inlaid and Figured Walnut Bachelors Chest
-
Description
A very fine chest with matched veneers of beautiful figuring and an interesting feature of each long drawer simulating two short drawers, the whole sitting on the original bracket feet. The feather and cross-banded hinged top resting, when open on the two short side drawers, a clear sign of its early manufacture.
