French 19th Century Louis XVI-Style Commode

Description
A beautiful Louis XVI-style mahogany commode features a stunning marble top over a bank of three long drawers flanked by turreted and fluted corners with inset brass cuffs. The top drawer has three panels, each trimmed in brass and has round brass drop ring pulls on each side with an escutcheon plate in the center. The two lower drawers form a single panel with book-matched veneer radiating from its center and is also trimmed in brass and has round brass drop ring pulls. Each side has two side panels trimmed in brass, mimicking the panels on the front. The attention to detail continues with fluted columns down the back corners on each side. This piece is raised on gorgeous toupee feet with brass bands and unique sabots.
