-
Description
A Dutch armoire made of solid oak from the 1700’s. This armoire has geometric paneling instead of the classic pillowed carvings of the similarly styled Dutch kussenkast. Built in four bodies this case piece comes apart in four sections; the crown, the section with two short doors, a section with two taller doors and the base which includes a large drawer and ebonized bun feet. A single key is used for both functioning locks. Cleaned, tightened and polished with a paste wax this antique is ready for immediate use. Be sure to view the detailed images.
