French Inlaid Fruitwood Commode

Description
A charming inlaid commode from France, circa 1830. Topped with a fixed piece of marble with molded edges and canted corners in accordance with the body. Each drawer showcases the illusion of twisted borders using a darker inlaid wood. The lower two drawers feature a functioning lock while all have laurel inspired escutcheons and a pair of simple drop ring pulls. Raised on tapered feet with brass caps.
