Description
Made of keyaki wood, a national treasure. Decorated with cut forms of paulownia leaves, a symbol of the Tokugawa family, and chrysanthemums, the symbol of the Imperial family of Japan. The Tokugawa were the last shogunate.
Chest has its original bronze hardware. -
