Description
THE CANYON SERIES - ARIZONA
Atelier L'Art de Vivre, 2018
Working with the finest lacquer artisans in Europe, L'Art de Vivre has commissioned an edition of two unique cabinets inspired by the colors of America's magnificent canyons, the result of eons of interaction between water and earth.
Vintage cabinetry has been retrofitted with entirely hand created facade panels, worked with traditional techniques of painstakingly applied layers of lacquer, carefully sanded down to reveal the underlying colors and enhanced with liberal applications of 24k white gold leaf flowing like water through the earth toned composition.
98 x 20 x 32 H -
