Description
Important French Art Deco mahogany buffet enfilade by André Arbus, polished and bleached mahogany on oak carcasse. The patinated bronze nude female figure at the front and center of the buffet was designed and executed by Vadim Androussov for André Arbus. Arbus and Androussov collaborated closely together on important commissions and designs. France: circa 1940 Provenance: Private collection of Mr. M.L.R., Andre Arbus personal physician in Villefranche-de-Rouergue.
