Description
Chippendale Graduated Four Drawer Chest, Pennsylvania, ca. 1770-1780.
The top is fitted with an applied molded edge slightly over-hanging the case above graduated drawers supported by bracket feet. The interior of the top drawer is fitted with dividers which are original and not commonly found. The entire case, including feet, is constructed from heavily figured tiger maple adding to the aesthetic appeal. -
