This is an absolutely extraordinary, palm leaf floor lamp by Chapman, superior craftsmanship, circa 1979. Features a tall slender brass column raised on a brass dome with a supporting ebonized plinth base. The stylish palm leaf shade provides subtle lighting with a built in dimmer switch, on brass knob, when lit, the contrast of the light filtering through the brass shade is a remarkable and stunning effect while providing a soft, warm glow. Well-made and of high quality crafted in hand polished lacquered brass with a brilliant shine, and a nice clean design, difficult to find for any passionate collector, add charm and style to your décor with this well-made Chapman floor lamp. Manufacturer’s label on socket (1979 Chapman).
Condition Report: Hand polished lacquered brass, with Original finish and wiring, minor wear to finish. Remaining in fine quality and outstanding working condition throughout.
