Description
Built on spec for an exhibition and fundraiser event in Philadelphia at the Ritz Carlton Residence Tower, this newGROWTH piece was designed to reference a traditional chandelier in our Modern Rustic style. Painted a satin white to reference the carved plaster work of Giacometti, the white was actually first suggested the designer by his late friend the esteemed furniture designer Vladimir Kagan who commissioned a linear newGROWTH chandelier also in satin white from his Nantucket home in 2018.
The newGROWTH line is constantly evolving, on the whims of designer Christopher Poehlmann or in concert with our clients to fit their specific needs and desires. We are always happy to work in collaboration to come up with the perfect solution. This specific chandelier could certainly be the perfect solution over a large round dining table or hanging in a great room. We are also happy to re-color this piece if the buyer prefers, antique bronze for instance or pea soup green or even a cool matte raspberry! This is a design that can hold it's own with any color. This fixture has a single 1/16" site adjustable support cable and a loose power cord. Suitable for any height ceiling.
Our newGROWTH line has been in constant serial production since 2004 when we introduced our first fixture in this line at the ICFF. We are quite proud to have played a leading role in promoting Rustic Modernism and organic forms inspired by nature along with a select few other designers at the time. Twenty years later, it is gratifying to see many others following in our footsteps.
UL listed, perfect for residential or hospitality. Lamped with e12 sockets for choice of any candle base bulbs desired. -
