Description
This characteristic floor lamp features a sleek appearance thanks to its distinctly shaped legs and shade.
With its slender and elongated shape and black lacquered body, this lamp is a great modernist piece that stands out in any space. The shape of the shade distinguishes it from the era’s other, similarly shaped models. Being a mid-century lamp, functionality does not fall short either; the backwards-tilted tripod base assures stability, while the shade that is open on both sides can be adjusted, which allows the light to be directed freely. Furthermore, the height of the lamp is also adjustable through the adjusting screw marked by the decorative brass ring.
This lamp was manufactured by HW Armatur, a company that is primarily known for its brass designs, which makes this particular model very rare. The manufacturer’s label is featured inside the lampshade.
