Mid-Century Glass & Brass Pendant Chandelier in the Manner of Fontana Arte

This sophisticated and materially dynamic Mid-Century Modernist Glass and Brass Pendant Chandelier in the Manner of Fontana Arte originates from Italy, Circa 1960. This fixture features an array of glass elements angled inwards and regularly spaced, beautifully diffusing the light of the bulb with a subtle blue green hue. The elements are suspended by a polished brass conical frame, which hangs from a cylindrical rod and canopy. A reserved yet striking fixture, this piece will style beautifully in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. Newly rewired to American standards, this piece accommodates 1 Edison base bulb achieving up to 100 watts of light, with a height that can be adjusted to suit. In Excellent Vintage condition.
