Large 1960s Sergio Mazza wall or ceiling light for Artemide. Executed in nickeled brass and pressed opaline glass by Sergio Mazza for Artemide, Italy, circa 1960s.
Born in Italy in 1931, Sergio Mazza created numerous iconic designs for Artemide throughout the 1960s, from a range of lighting to fiberglass molded seating and other home furnishings which due to their limited production runs have become highly collectible with their clean lines and intuitive utility.
Rewired for US electrical and accommodates three standard e27 60 watt max LED bulbs (lower with incandescent). Not UL listed, but available from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. -

Rewired 2x 60 watt max standard base LED bulbs (lower with incandescent). Wear consistent with age and use with scuffs, scratches and varying degrees of patina noted only for accuracy.
