Rare "Bell" Lamp

Description
This rare Tiffany Lamp features a Tiffany Favrile Glass “Bell” Shade in green glass with cased white interior, to reflect the lightbulb for brighter illumination. The surface of the shade is decorated with all-over iridescent wave pattern in silvery-blue.

The shade is mounted to a bronze harp-style arm which us supported by two fluted columns on either side. The “harp” is mounted at the top by a threaded round gold iridescent Tiffany Favrile Glass ball which acts as finial as well as a handle for the lamp, allowing the angle of the shade to be adjusted.

The footed bronze base, in rich brown patina, features an ovoid well below the shade, in addition to stylized decoration.
