Description
Rare, large, dramatic, hand-made French Plaster Mirror in the style of Alberto and Diego Giacometti for Jean-Michel Frank. The mirror / wall sculpture is in an organic, free-form, Surrealist style conveying drama, illusion and mystery. It is formed by hand with deep ridges revealing the rough, intimate, sensuous qualities of the plaster. Sixteen mirror elements of varying sizes and shapes are inset into the plaster frame and continue the ongoing journey into consciousness.
