Description
This elegant pair of wall mirrors reflects Angelo Brotto’s distinctive approach to Italian modern design, combining sculptural form with refined material contrast. Each mirror is crafted in elongated blue-tinted glass with softly rounded ends, creating a strong vertical presence that remains visually balanced and architectural.
The mirrors are punctuated by patinated brass half-moon appliqués, placed at the top, bottom, and sides. These textured brass elements introduce warmth and rhythm, offsetting the cool depth of the blue glass and adding a subtle decorative cadence without overpowering the overall composition.
Designed to function both as reflective surfaces and sculptural wall objects, the pair exemplifies Brotto’s sensitivity to proportion, repetition, and modular display. Whether installed together as a symmetrical composition or used separately, these mirrors offer a sophisticated statement rooted in 1970s Italian design. - More Information
