A C R O T E R I O N is pleased to offer this fine and rare circa 1800 English late George III period convex mirror in 'proto-regency' style, the carved moulded and beaded edge circular frame in original lustrous giltwood finish with ebonized flat fillet surrounding convex mirror glass; the reverse with original backboards. Mirror glass diameter 24".

Condition:	Good. Wear commensurate with age and use. Original giltwood finish with light rubbing to extremities, the mirror glass a mid-20th century replacement with one area of minor distress. An exceptional piece ready to be hung.
