French Late 19th Century Faux Bamboo Mirror

Sold Sold
  • Description
This exceptional antique has a frame that is not made of bamboo, just carved to look as though it is. Bamboo mirrors were all the rage in Europe in the latter part of the 19th and early part of the 20th centuries. This wonderful piece comes from just that time period. The mirror is currently oriented for vertical hanging, but could also be hung horizontally. The glass is original to the mirror, although it has no signs of aging. A fun and funky mirror that will give your space a touch of Asian influence.
