Large Trapezoidal Mid-Century Full-Length Wall Mirror, Vienna, Austria, 1950s

$ 1,800
  • Description
    A charming frameless Mid-Century Modern wall mirror from the 1950s, handcrafted in Vienna, Austria. The mirror stands out for its tapered, organically shaped trapezoidal form. Thanks to its generous dimensions, it is also suitable for use as a full-length mirror. The mirror glass features beautifully beveled edges and is mounted on a concealed wooden backing. It is held in place by four brackets positioned along the sides and at the bottom, giving the mirror a light and elegant appearance while maintaining a strong visual presence. The wooden brackets are finished in a gold-colored lacquer. Pleasingly, the original mirror glass has been preserved and shows only very minor signs of age, including a few barely noticeable tiny spots. Naturally, the glass is free from chips, cracks, or other damage. The mirror measures 42 inches high and 22 inches wide at its widest point.
